Open Studio Membership

Make room for your next rug.

Give your tufting projects a home at Scattered Kind in Long Island City, NYC. Our Open Studio Membership gives you access to studio equipment, all materials, and workspace so you can spend more time creating without building a full setup at home.

Work at your own pace, experiment with new designs, and connect with other makers along the way. No prior tufting experience is required.

Your space to create

• Studio equipment: Access tufting guns, frames, and essential tools.
• All materials included: Yarn, tufting cloth, and the materials you need for your rug projects.
• Workspace: Spread out and focus on your projects.
• Storage: Keep materials and unfinished projects at the studio between visits.
• 24/7 access: Fit tufting into your schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Keep learning as you make

Join a community of artists and makers to share ideas and inspiration. Occasional drop-in sessions with our instructors offer tips, advice, and help troubleshooting your projects.

Membership details

• $275 per month for your first three months
• $350 per month afterward
• Three-month minimum commitment
