Teen Rug Design Intensive (Ages 13–17) | August 19–20

Designed for creative teens who want to learn a unique fabrication skill, the Teen Rug Design Intensive is a two-day immersive experience that takes students through the process of designing and creating their own custom tufted rug.

Students will work on a 27-inch rug and may submit their own design for approval prior to the program. Through hands-on instruction, they'll learn the fundamentals of tufting, color planning, finishing techniques, and the creative process behind turning an idea into a finished object.

This intensive is ideal for students interested in art, design, fashion, making, and creative entrepreneurship.
