In order to remain environmentally conscious and reduce waste, all rugs are made-to-order. Orders may take 5-6 weeks to ship.

We dye our yarn in batches so coloration may vary slightly.

Upon delivery, your rug will be tightly rolled and may feel stiff. Give it a good shake to awaken the fibers. Lay it flat and allow it a full day to settle into its new shape. Initial shedding is normal, so don't be concerned if you notice loose fibers during the first couple of weeks.

• Vacuum Regularly: Gently vacuum your rug frequently to remove dirt and prevent grit from embedding into the fibers.
• Spot Clean Immediately: Address spills as soon as they happen with a damp cloth—blot, don't rub.
• Use a Rug Pad: A pad underneath adds cushioning and helps to prevent slips and falls.
• Keep Away from Moisture: Ensure your rug is not consistently damp and is protected from potential water damage.
