In order to remain environmentally conscious and reduce waste, all rugs are made-to-order. Orders may take 5-6 weeks to ship.

Handmade with a blend of acrylic and wool.

We dye our yarn in batches so coloration may vary slightly.

Rugs are shipped from NYC with subsidized shipping rates.

Global delivery is available for all our products. Please note that customers are liable for any applicable customs duties or tax charges incurred on their purchases.

Upon delivery, your rug will be tightly rolled and may feel stiff. Give it a good shake to awaken the fibers. Lay it flat and allow it a full day to settle into its new shape. Initial shedding is normal, so don't be concerned if you notice loose fibers during the first couple of weeks.

• Vacuum Regularly: Gently vacuum your rug frequently to remove dirt and prevent grit from embedding into the fibers.
• Spot Clean Immediately: Address spills as soon as they happen with a damp cloth—blot, don't rub.
• Use a Rug Pad: A pad underneath adds cushioning and helps to prevent slips and falls.
• Keep Away from Moisture: Ensure your rug is not consistently damp and is protected from potential water damage.
